Depression is the great disease of our days.
I work with patients every day and I see people battling with #depression every single day.
A lot of them do not even know they are depressed.
Or maybe they think that it’s normal to constantly feel tired and down… and to have some really bad days, from time to time.
A lot of people use the word depression as a synonym of sad. They couldn’t be more wrong.
Depression is a devastating illness, that could cause #symptoms as bad as physical pain.
So when you start to wake up in the morning feeling more tired than when you went to sleep, feeling like just getting out of bed is a daunting task… well, there’s something wrong.
