This is my healthy version of the tzatziki sauce. If you haven’t ever tried this sauce, this is your chance for a taste of the real Mediterranean flavor - but without the unhealthy ingredients!
This sauce is great for a dip with some veggies, some pita bread or some of my patented, home-made unleavened bread!
Now, I’ve seen a lot of chefs making this sauce with tons of salt. Nobody should eat all that salt, especially a kidney patient!
So today we are making it the healthy way!
Let’s start washing a cucumber. Do not peel it! If you have seen people on Youtube peeling the cucumber while making the tzatziki… they got it wrong.
