HOW TO MAKE YOURSELF MENTALLY STRONG
🔴 8 TIPS TO MAKE YOURSELF MENTALLY STRONG.
1️⃣. Focus on the moment.
The challenge is here and the difficulty is now. Focus your energy on the present moment; don't lose what is right before you. When you focus on the moment you come to realize where you have the most power to make things right.
2️⃣. Embrace adversity.
When we encounter struggle, and we all do, we can be inspired by the knowledge that it's not a dead end but a path to deeper knowledge and understanding.
3️⃣. Exercise your mind.
Just like your muscles, your mind needs to be exercised to gain strength. Growth and development take consistent work, and if you have not pushed yourself recently, you might not be growing as much as you can. Mental strength is built through lots of small wins, maintained through the choices we make every day.
4️⃣. Challenge yourself.
Albert Einstein once said, "One should not pursue goals that are easily achieved. One must develop an instinct for what one can just barely achieve through one's greatest efforts." Underestimating yourself and playing it safe hold you back from success. When you believe in yourself and your abilities, you often can go beyond the imaginable.
5️⃣. Respond positively.
You cannot control everything that comes your way, but you are in absolute control of how you react to everything that comes your way.
6️⃣. Don't be defeated by fear.
To be resilient and mentally strong means knowing how to deal with fear. When you enter frightening situations with the awareness that it's an opportunity for you to grow, trust outweighs fear.
7️⃣. Find solutions.
There will be always problems - every business has complications and any endeavor has hurdles, but if you can learn to focus 90 percent of your time on solutions and only 10 percent on problems, you'll be able to respond effectively instead of spinning your wheels.

● Stage 1 with normal or high GFR (GFR > 90 mL/min)
● Stage 2 Mild CKD (GFR = 60-89 mL/min)
● Stage 3A Moderate CKD (GFR = 45-59 mL/min)
● Stage 3B Moderate CKD (GFR = 30-44 mL/min.
● Stage 4 Severe CKD (GFR = 15-29 mL/min)
● Stage 5 End Stage CKD (GFR <15 mL/min)

✅ Are kidney disease and kidney failure the same thing?
◍ The word renal refers to kidneys, so you may see both of these words used.
Therefore, kidney failure and renal failure mean the same thing, your kidney function is below 10% to 15% and you need renal replacement therapy to stay alive. For most people kidney failure occurs after years of having chronic kidney disease.
✅ Can you stop kidney disease from progressing?
◍ Following a kidney-friendly diet may help you slow the progression of kidney disease, especially one that is recommended specifically for you by a dietitian. Regular exercise and maintaining a healthy weight are also effective ways to help manage your disease progression.

MANGO FOR KIDNEY HEALTH BOOSTING PROPERTIES
🥭 Top 5 foods with KIDNEY health boosting properties: https://youtu.be/lhm7dwshuU0
🥭🍌🍑🥑🥬🍎🥚🥦🍇
Mangoes are packed with polyphenols, including Mangiferin, the "super antioxidant".
Amongst the polyphenols, Mangiferin has gained the most interest, since it's especially powerful against free radical damage linked to cancers, diabetes and other illnesses.
This is why they call it a "super antioxidant", and mango is full of this polyphenol.
This fruit is also really rich in fiber, twice what you can find in an apple, and that's great for diabetic patients.
Yes, mangoes are not just really tasty, they're healthy too.

ROSEMARY - the "ROSE of MARY" - KIDNEY BENEFITS
✅ Did you know?
Rosemary was considered a miracle since the ancient times!
Legend says that the Virgin Mary spread her blue cloak over a white-blossomed rosemary bush while she was resting, and the flowers turned blue.
The shrub then became known as the "Rose of Mary".
✅ And, today, the medicinal use of rosemary is gaining more traction worldwide.
Germany's version of the FDA, the German Commission E, approves the use of rosemary oil to treat joint pain and circulation problems.
✅ They also approve the use of rosemary leaves to help treat various digestive issues.
And there are also preparations to improve hair growth made from rosemary.
Actually, there are studies proving that the almost miraculous properties of this plant are due to "Rosmarinic acid", a phenolic compound with POWERFUL anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant effects.

HYPERTENSION AND DIABETES - CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE AWARENESS
⬤ 5 Foods Kidney Patients Must Eat to Boost Kidney & Heart Health: https://youtu.be/lhm7dwshuU0
⬤ Did you know?
High blood pressure and diabetes damage the kidneys over time, and they are the 2 main risk factors of kidney failure.
⬤ What is blood pressure, and why should I care about it?
Blood pressure is the measure of how hard the blood pushes against the walls of your arteries as it moves through the body.
Damage to the blood vessels, heart and kidneys can result when pressure is too high.
⬤ Why is high blood pressure so dangerous?
Chronic high blood pressure can increase your risk of diabetes, kidney damage, and even dementia.
This is in addition to the risks most often associated with the condition — stroke and heart disease.
⬤ What behaviors increase risk for high blood pressure?
❌ SODIUM.
A diet that is too high in sodium and too low in potassium puts you at risk for high blood pressure.
❌ Lack of exercise.
Getting regular physical activity helps your heart and blood vessels stay strong and healthy, which may help lower your blood pressure.
❌ Obesity.
Obesity is linked to higher “bad” cholesterol and triglyceride levels and to lower “good” cholesterol levels.
Having obesity or overweight also means your heart must work harder to pump blood and oxygen around your body. Over time, this can add stress to your heart and blood vessels.
❌ Too Much Alcohol.
Drinking too much alcohol can raise your blood pressure.
❌ SMOKING.
❌ Stress.
Studies have shown that people who frequently have to deal with stress are more likely to suffer from high blood pressure.
❌ Bad sleep patterns.
Not getting a good night’s rest and suffering from sleep apnea could contribute to chances of having high blood pressure.

ACIDIC - ALKALINE
⬤ How to beat Kidney Disease with the ALKALINE diet: https://youtu.be/wPF6Ayw_yZM
⬤ What happens when your body is acidic?
❌ As your body burns food for energy, waste products are produced. These waste products are acidic. The body needs to either neutralize the acid produced during metabolism or excrete the waste. Excess waste causes the kidneys to work harder and can result in kidney infections, bladder infections, inflammation, kidney disease, kidney stones.
⬤ 10 Ways to Reduce Acidosis.
✅ Avoid Problem Foods. All too often, heartburn patients look first to antacids.
✅ Lower the Fat. It's disappointing but true — fatty, greasy foods like burgers and fries can wreak havoc on your digestive system.

✖️ Aspartame contains 4 calories per gram (g), similar to sugar.
✖️ It is, however, around 200 times sweeter than sugar.
✖️ Your body cannot process artificial ingredients well, so substances such as aspartame may trigger an immune response.
✖️ Aspartame is a neurotoxin that the body frequently “attacks” therefore causing inflammation.
