Is your diet a good Kidney Diet? Or is it harming your kidney?

If you have kidney disease, you may wish to eat health.
Also, you’ve been told one of the better ways to do so is to eat a minimal sugar quantity. In an effort to do so, you start to to choose zero sugar or diet drinks and foods. Reading the nutritional panel, you can see that there is no sugar in the drink.

It doesn’t mean that this drink is good for your kidney diet – it’s the contrary, it could be harmful.

You have no reason to question that this food or this drink is not healthy in your case, you put your trust in the Food and drug administration (or your govt) to make sure just about all foods along with drinks which can be “passed” are safe and healthy for you and your loved ones.

And so it could be a surprise if I tell you that studies have currently proven diet drinks are usually harmful to your kidneys.

Within a research done by Phd Gary Curhan and Dr. Susie Lin of Brigham Women’s Hospital, Three thousand ladies around 12 years had been analyzed to determine what result consuming two or more diet beverages experienced in renal system function.

After taking into consideration high blood pressure, smoking, diabetes, grow older, and cardiovascular disease, the medical study clearly showed that two or more serves associated with diet beverages a day doubles the risk of more-rapid-than-normal renal system function decrease. “In women with well-preserved kidney perform, higher dietary sodium intake was related to greater renal system function decrease, which is consistent with experimental pet data that top sodium intake promotes intensifying kidney decline.” said Doctor Julie Lin.

What the research does not tell us however is exactly what aspect of the diet drink really causes the declining renal system function; the 2 possibilities becoming, the salt content and the artificial sweetener aspartame. “While more research is needed, the research suggests that higher salt and artificially sweetened soda intake tend to be associated with greater rate associated with decline within kidney function.” states Dr Julie Lin.

If you want to improve your kidney diet starting from today, I suggest you to read the latest book from Duncan Capicchiano: The Kidney Disease Solution

Are we talking about Artificial Sweeteners or Artificial Poisons?

It is my perception however the major participant in causing the decline in kidney function is artificial sweeteners (especially aspartame - the most typical artificial sweetener). The actual overwhelming evidence and evidence shows that artificial sweetners is in no way safe for people to drink at any level.

This is not a new idea, in fact it's been well investigated, especially since aspartame poisoning was widely speculated (but still is) as the cause of “Gulf War syndrome” (Take a look for yourself, Google: ‘aspartame and gulf war syndrome’).

However there is one easy method I can “show” you the potential harmful effects of aspartame in the human body and that's to list the two stages of aspartame’s molecular breakdown in your body - confirmed by scientific research -- are you ready for it? Step one: Artificial sweetners breaks down in to methanol Step two: Methanol quickly converts into formaldehyde (embalming agent) and formic acidity (the toxin found in bugs) in the body.

Scary right? I know I turned when I first discovered this! There isn't any denying that excess salt is harmful to the kidneys, but simply stop for a second as well as consider the two things that aspartame converts directly into 1. Formaldehyde 2. Formic acid. Now some thing tells me which neither of these was ever supposed to be consumed by the human body, but the human body depends on sodium for survival, we simply should have it to survive.

Here are some known side-effects of formaldehyde poisoning: nerve and immune disorders, damage to the eyes, confusion, depression, anxiety attacks, migraine headaches, skin breakouts, breathing difficulties, deterioration of the intestinal tract, bleeding disorders, and the list continues.

Conclusion

What exactly do we take away from all this? Well, first of all you need to avoid all “diet” drinks and food.. Though the aforementioned clinical research only talks about two or more diet drinks per day, through my personal research I haven’t any “safe” amount of any synthetic sweetener.I mean it, whether you've diabetes or not, no sugar-free drinks and foods that use sugar substitutes (of any kind) were designed. Not only are they unsafe for your kidneys, but they are literally poison towards the rest your body.

If you are uncertain what to eat or drink and any given time, there is one simple rule to follow along with: When in doubt, always consume a diet that's as close in order to nature as you possibly can (i.e. unrefined, natural, and not made in the lab!).
So there you have this! That concludes today’s post. I think you'll really loved it, and I hope We didn’t scare you also much! Recall the changes you make today may reverse your past actions, healing is at the very core of Genetic make-up. So reside well, as well as eat for the body and health you would like.
